The annual Tedworth House BoB and BoS Summer fete took place on Friday 24th July and despite the rain lashing down and refusing to let up almost all day, spirits were not dampened!
With delicious cream teas and a hearty hog roast to keep bellies full, and a steam train, birds from Avon Owl Santuary, a BoB and BoS kids craft table, family photo shoots from Pete Sturgess and live music throughout the day and into the evening to keep everyone entertained, the crowd of nearly 250 people hardly even noticed the stormy weather and dark skies!
Band of Sister member Becca was there with her family and she said; “We love days like this. There is so much for the kids to do and it is great to catch up with everyone – we weren’t going to let the wet weather put us off coming!”
