The partnership with H4H began when Paul Turner launched a range of award-winning sausages in 2012 with the backing of Dragons' Den's Peter Jones, using a traditional family recipe passed down from his grandfather, Alf. The brand is supporting H4H through on-pack donations across it's expanding range of products and has raised over £108k to date.
The Turner family has a long association with the Armed Forces going back over 60 years and as a butchers based in Aldershot, the home of the British Army,
Hot on the heels of the success of the pork sausages range, the Dragon's Egg was launched in July 2014 selling over 1 million scotch eggs in just over a year. 2015 saw the introduction of Dragon’s Fury, a chilli pork crackling snack, and Pork Scratchings. New in 2016 is the Dragon's Pork Pie and Sausage Roll.
Alf Turner has seen its business grow with revenue and sales quadrupling and they expect listings to at least double in the next six months with new products being released.
