TEAM FACEBOAT'S WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT

Start: La Gomera, Canary Islands on 5th December, 2011

Finish: Barbados, Caribbean Islands, 5th February 2012 (however the team is aiming to beat the world record and complete the challenge in less than 38 days)

Rowing 300 miles nonstop and un-aided, over Christmas and New Year's Eve, the campaign aims to donate £60,000 - £75,000 to H4H.

Everyone who donates £25 will get their face on the boat, thus the team name 'faceboat'. The team aims to get thousands of face on the boat with them to spur them on for their mammoth challenge.

Alex and Phil are going to attempt the world record in the pairs class and are aiming to row it in less than 38 days! The pair have also vowed to do the race naked!
