| Drambuie Pursuit 2010 |
Along the way teams will undertake 9 challenging activities which include archery, buggy racing, white water rafting, rock climbing, abseiling, power boating, hill running and mountain biking. The Drambuie Pursuit will take place at the beginning of May 2010 and will be televised on ITV4 in July. Qualification In order to secure a place in the event, teams are required to gather as many public votes as they can on behalf of their chosen charity. Voting will end on 31st March 2010 - the top 5 teams will be entered into the Pursuit and the team at the top will be awarded a £2500 donation for their charity. Riff RAF Team Riff RAF was created by Flt Lt Joe Dale from 33 Sqn at RAF Benson. His fellow teams members are Flt Lt Ian Hall, also from Benson and Flt Lt Adam Grant from RAF Brize Norton. They are still awaiting a fourth member. As serving members of the Royal Air Force, all of the team members have been affected by the loss or injury of friends whilst on operations in Iraq or Afghanistan. This is their way of giving something back. Help for Heroes supports the rehabilitation of our injured troops and where possible gives them the chance to regain an active lifestyle - something we all love and take for granted. Please give Team Riff RAF your vote - it's completely free! Visit www.drambuie.co.uk/teams/234. |
