Commercial Partnerships

If you would like to join our current corporate supporters and become a commercial partner we would be delighted to hear from you.

We try our best to keep costs to a minimum and make sure every penny raised can go to the wounded, so we have put together a pack to help you - to help us - help our blokes.  If you and your company want to support us that’s fantastic, thank you, but please bear in mind that our brand is very dear to us and we endeavour to protect it.

If you have a product or service you would like to sell and raise funds for Help for Heroes please click here.

As a business supporting by the sale of a product or service for the charity it is deemed a commercial partnership and we will need an agreement. It is important to note that any agreement we enter into will entitle you to use the In Support of Help for Heroes Logo for this promotion only. We will also require a company number, proof of health and safety compliance for your product and insurance.

Charities are only exempt from tax if they receive charitable income but the provision of our logo to a commercial enterprise would not be viewed by HMRC as charitable income.

Logo Use and Transparency

By using our logo on a commercial product or service, you are legally obliged to state on any marketing materials how exactly you are supporting the charity. The charity commission will expect you to have a contract with us that states how transparent you are being to people buying your "product". Please click here to view our Terms and Conditions of Logo use.

Unfortunately the law recently changed and you can no longer tell the public that a percentage of profits are being donated to the charity. You have to state an amount or percentage of an amount. For example, you should not say "we are donating 10% of our profits". Instead, you should say "£5 from each sale" or "10% of £500".
