Flight Centre UK
Employees of Flight Centre UK have chosen H4H as it's Charity of the Year for 2010-11.
Managing Director, Chris Galanty confirms “Flight Centre UK are delighted to be supporting the great work Help for Heroes do. From fundraising at company-wide events to individual challenges, everyone is doing their bit to raise money for Help for Heroes - and having great fun in the process! Furthermore, any money raised by employees at company events this year will be matched by the company!”

A Storming start to the year’s fundraising at the ATL Conference
The Assistant Team Leader conference in early September kicked off Flight Centre UK’s fundraising efforts for Help for Heroes. At the Titanic-themed party, ATLs raised £216 for H4H selling wristbands and voting for one of three senior leaders to sing 'My Heart Must Go On' to the crowd!

"On the 29th May 2010, after 7 months of preparation and training, me and two of my mates began the two week cycle starting at Land's End with the ultimate goal of ending up in John O' Groats (1012 miles north).
"We are delighted to say that we completed our challenge (completely unsupported) raising over £2,000 for Help for Heroes. It was one of the hardest challenges I have done, but one of the most rewarding feelings I have experienced.
"I was delighted when I heard Help For Heroes would be Flight Centre’s Charity of the Year and am very excited about the year to come and the fantastic events we will be organising to raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity."
