The 2012 Jordan Trek

The Help for Heroes (H4H) Challenges Team are excited to announce a brand new challenge for 2012 - a trek to ancient Petra.

This challenging and beautiful trek will take you through spectacular desert, wadis, jagged mountains and finally to ancient archaeological sites, which are among the oldest in the Middle East.

Those up for the challenge will journey along traditional trails of the Bedouin to Petra, the ancient and stunning Nabatean capital. This hidden city, with its huge rock-hewn tombs and buildings, set amongst strange red sandstone formations and spectacular desert, is a truly unique and magical place and trekking to it is an experience not to be missed.
