Help for Heroes’ holiday year is from 1st January to 31st December. Full time staff are entitled to 22 days’ paid holiday per calendar year (exclusive of statutory bank and public holidays) in the first year and thereafter in line with the Handbook. Holiday is to be taken at a time or times convenient to the Company during the holiday year. The holiday accrues at a rate of: 1.83 days per month (plus any bank holidays) for full time staff each complete month worked.
