A Night To Remember by the band of Her Majesty's Royal Marines, with guest appearance by Journey South, will take place on the 17th - 18th March 2010 at the Bangor Corporate Conference Centre (Elim), Northern Ireland. This event is planned to be a spectacular evening, and will be one not to be missed. Doors open 7pm.
The Royal Marines Bands
In their distinctive white helmets, Royal Marines Bands are renowned throughout the world for the quality of their music, visual splendor and precision drill. On the concert platform they enjoy a similar reputation ensuring their continuing popularity with concert audiences. The Band's concert repertoire embraces all kinds of music including popular classics, music of the Big Band era, exciting contemporary works and amusing solo features, which all combine to produce programmes that are both entertaining and spectacular. The inclusion of the Corps of Drums brings movement, colour and a flavour of the Ceremonial and State occasions of which Royal Marines Bands are such an integral part. This ensures that the grand spectacle of the traditional finale is presented as a fitting climax to the concert with appropriate pomp and drama.

Journey South
Journey South are a musical duo originating from Middlesborough, consisting of brothers Andy and Carl Pemberton. They performed in pubs and clubs through out the UK for over eight years, before achieving third place on the second series of the X Factor in 2005.
Journey South re-wrote their single "What I love About Home" from their second Album "Home", for the Armed Forces, their families, their friends and Help for Heroes. The single was released on the 13th December with proceeds going to Help for Heroes.
