Help for Heroes have created two types of sponsorship forms which you can use to help you fundraise.
1. Individual:
The first is for individuals wishing to sponsor you
- its great to leave a batch with friends and family who can gain sponsorship for you also!
2. List:
The second is one you can carry with you and gain sponsorship from people who just have to fill out a line.
Don't forget to ask your sponsors to tick the Giftaid box on the forms if they are elligIble, Help for Heroes have claimed back over half a million from the tax man!
