Setup your Justgiving or Virgin Money Giving page . . . It's now possible to create an online donation page so that your sponsors can donate using their credit or debit cards. It couldn't be easier and takes minutes to setup. You also don't have to collect the money (makes life easier) and they pay your sponsorship money direct into our account. Register on the website . . . Please whatever you do, don't forget to register your fundraiser here on our website, once the online form is completed, our fundraising team are notified and our web designer will add your fundraiser onto the website. Your local county co-ordinator will also be notified about what you're up to. Register online now!
Create your Sponsorship forms and Posters . . .
You will receive the link for sponsor forms after you register (these include gift aid donations) and you can choose from a variety of posters to advertise your fundraiser.
Request banners and collection tins . . . If you would like some large Help for Heroes banners,T-shirts,wristbands or collection tins and buckets we can provide these for you. Please take a look at our merchandise page where you will find all the details you need to request these.
Plan and prepare for your fundraiser . . . If you are planning to raise funds for Help for Heroes it's your responsibility to ensure that the fundraiser or activity complies with legal and safety standards. Tell us all about it . . . We absolutely love to hear how it all went! We have created a short form on the website that you can complete and upload your photographs to include on the website! Send us your fundraising money . . . Check out the 'how to pay us your fundraising money' page, it includes all the details you will need to pay by cheque or over the phone by credit card, we really appreciate your co-operation so that we can keep our accounts in order and our finance team happy!
Return your banners, collection tins and buckets . . . Once you have completed your fundraiser please can you ensure to return any banners, collection tins and buckets so they may be used at other fundraisers in the future.
